The 2018 Nissan Altima is a midsize vehicle offering comfortable seats and the option of a four-cylinder or more powerful V6. New standard safety features have been added for 2018 including automatic emergency braking and a forward collision warning system. Stand out features include easy handling and solid reliability. Available trim levels include the base 2.5 S trim, the 2.5 SR, 2.5 SL and 3.5 SL which comes equipped with a V6 engine.
The base model is powered by a 2.5 liter four-cylinder engine which comes with a CVT and 179 hp. Opt for the 3.5 liter V6 engine with 270 hp if you want a more powerful engine. Front-wheel drive is standard.
The 2018 Nissan Altima’s cabin seats five passengers and comes standard with cloth seats. Standard interior features include the ability to send and receive text messages hands-free, a stereo system, USB port, Bluetooth features and a 5″ screen. Optional features include a larger 7″ screen, navigation, satellite radio and a premium Bose stereo system. The Altima offers 15.4 cubic feet of storage space.
